SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Domestic Shipping in India
All Sleezein mousepads are custom pressed on-demand. Standard production turnaround is 1–2 business days following design approval, with door-to-door courier delivery typically taking 2–4 business days across metro cities and 3–5 business days for other regions.
Flat-rate standard shipping is calculated server-side at ₹49.00 INR per order.
2. Returns & Replacements
Because each mouse pad is custom printed with your unique artwork or configured dimensions, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand 100% behind our print craft.
If your merchandise arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprinted graphics, stitching flaws, or transit damage, simply email support@sleezein.com with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will issue a free expedited replacement or manual refund through PhonePe.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before the order status transitions from pending_review to in_production. Once our heat-press sublimation units begin printing your high-resolution composite, production costs are locked and cancellation is no longer possible.
